| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中国感染管理医师和护士的工作模式.方法 对全国不同级别医院的医院管理者和感染管理科主任对感染管理医师和护士工作模式的设想进行抽样调查,调查资料采用SPSS11.5进行统计分析.结果 医院管理者和感染管理科主任对感染管理医师和护士设想的工作模式绝大多数为A模式,设想为B模式和C模式的总和约为10%.结论 医院管理者和感染管理科主任对感染管理医师和护士的工作模式的设想一致. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE Probing into the conceived working mode of doctors and nurses of infection control (IC) in different level general hospital in China. METHODS Sample were investigated about the conceived working mode of doctors and nurses of IC among managers and directors of Department of IC in different level general hospital in China. All data were analyzed by SPSS 11. 5. RESULTS The working mode A was the most common model of the managers and directors of Department of IC conceived woking mode of doctors and nurses of IC. The total of other woking modes were about 10%. CONCLUSIONS The working modes are nearly identical with the most common model of the managers and directors of Department of IC conceived. |
