| 摘 要： | 目的:评价90Sr-90Y敷贴器治疗掌跖脓疱病的临床应用价值。方法:对29例患者共45个病灶进行了2~5个疗程的敷贴治疗,每疗程给予20~25 Gy。结果:45个病灶中治愈29个,治愈率64.4%,显效16个,显效率35.6%,总有效率100%。结论:90Sr-90Y敷贴治疗是一种方法简便,无痛苦、无损伤,且费用低廉,安全性高,疗效确切的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: to evaluate the value of 90Sr-90Y applicator contact therapyin in palmoplantar pustulosis.Methods:Fourty-five cases were treated with 90Sr-90Y applicator contact therapyin 2 ~5 times,the absorb dose is 20 ~25 Gy pertime.Results:The cure rate is 64.4%,the apparent rate is 35.5%,the tatal effective rate is 100%.Conclusion:The 90Sr-90Y applicator contact therapy is a simple,effective treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.It had good clinical value. |
