| 摘 要： | 目的探讨番石榴叶免煎剂治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将84例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例,治疗组服用番石榴叶免煎剂治疗,对照组服用思密达。观察两组临床疗效和轮状病毒抗原转阴率。结果治疗组总有效率90.48%,轮状病毒抗原转阴率83.3%;对照组分别为80.95%、66.7%;治疗组总有效率及轮状病毒抗原转阴率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现不良反应。结论番石榴叶有促进患儿大便中轮状病毒转阴的作用,治疗小儿轮状病毒腹泻疗效显著,安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of guajava leaf in the treatment of infant rotaviral enteritis. Methods 84 infants with rataviral enteritis were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=42,treated with guajava leaf) and control group(n=42, with Smecta). Clinical efficacy and negative conversion rate of the rotaviral were observed.Results The total effective rate was 90.48% and 80.95% ,negative conversion rate of the rotaviral 83.3% and 66.7% in the treatment and control group respectively, and which showed significant difference(P<0.05); both groups had no adverse effects. Conclusion Guajava leaf has effects on promoting negative conversion of infant sedes rotaviral,notable efficacy and safety in the treatment of infant rotaviral diarrhea. |
