国产中性戊二醛实验室研究 Ⅱ、某些因素对杀菌作用影响的测定

<正> 化学消毒剂要达到一定杀菌效果,不仅取决于其本身的杀菌能力,而且还受使用方法及外界因素的影响。为了解各种因素对国产中性戊二醛杀菌作用的影响以及在贮存与使用过程中应注意的事项,我们在实验室中进行了有关的试验。

LABORATORY STUDY ON CHINESE-MADE NEUTRAL GLUTARALDEHYDE Ⅱ.DETERMINATION OF INFLUENCES OF SOME FACTORS ON GERMICIDAL EFFECT

The influences of temperature, pH, organic substances and storage on germicidal effect of Chinese-made neutral glutaraldehyde (CNG, pH 7.0)were determined in laboratory experiments. The results showed that the effect of 2% CNG on Bacillus subtilis var. niger was similar to that of 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde solution( pH 8.0), and was stronger than that of 2% acidic solution (pH 3.2), while for destroying HBsAg, the acidic solution was the most powerful, the alkaline solution came second and the neutral solution was the least effective. The killing effect of 1% glutaraldehyde against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the same whether neutral, acidic or alka line solution was used.The germicidal activity of 2% CNG showed no change after 4 weeks storage under room temperature, while 2% alkaline solution should only be stored for 2 weeks. The presence of 20% bovine serum or 5% yeast solution did not decrease the germicidal effect of 2% CNG.Temperature affected the germicidal effect of 20% CNG greatly. The higher the temperature, the better was the germicidal effect. The thermal coefficient (Q_(10)) for bacterial spore was 1.2～1.5 (10～60℃), that for Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 2.0～4.0 (10～41℃).
