| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑脓肿的诊断和治疗。方法：手术或药物治疗63例脑脓肿，手术治疗59例，药物治疗4例．其中单发脓肿s4例(85．7％)，多发脓肿9例(14．3％)；隐源性脑脓刖P27例(42．7％)；56例(88．8％)出现癫痫发作和／或肢体瘫痪。结果：完全治愈47例(74．6％)，好转13例(20．6％)，死亡3例(4．8％)。结论：神经影像学检查为诊断脑脓肿的主要手段(首选颅脑CT扫描)．完全切除脓肿是治疗本病的有效方法．

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of brain abscess Methods:63 patients with brain abscess were treated with neurosurgical operation or medical therapy:neurosurgical operation(79 cases),medical treatment(4 cases).There were 54 cases of mono abscess and 9 cases of multiple lesions.27 cases with no source.56 cases with seizures and/or paralysis Results:47(74 6%) cases were complete recovery.13(20 6%) patients were took a turn for the better.3 cases (4 8%) were died Conclusion:Neuroradiological examination is the main method of diagnosis of brain abcess (preferred to Cerebral CT scan).Complete excision is an effective method for treating this disease |
