| 摘 要： | 本文报告应用内镜微波技术腔内加温并局部注射化学药物治疗晚期食管贲门癌性狭窄２５例，其结果总有效率为６８％，初步讨论了治疗机理及注意事项，说明此法创伤性小，副反应少，患者易于接受，并能提高病人生存率，具有较大的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | This article reported 25 cases of advanced carcinomatous strictures of esophagus and cardia treated byintraluminal microwave heating in combination with Local cliemotherapy under endoscope. The total effective rate was 68%. Preliminary discussion on therapeutic meehanisn1 and the points of attention was made.It was found that there were lessdamage and minimal sideeffects in this procedure.It was easily accepted by patients and higher surival rate was obtained. Hence this method may possess greater practical value in the clinic. |
