| 摘 要： | 病理检验技术是一门实践性和操作性很强的专业课程,突出职业能力的培养,为保证培养的学生具有较强的职业能力和实践技能,需根据职业需求进行课程设计。文章从案例教学,理论联系实际;工学结合,强化实践教学;以职业岗位应用为导向,培养职业能力等三个方面较为详细地介绍了多维、灵活的课程设计思路,并在教学实践中取得了初步成效。
