| 摘 要： | 消化道细菌是消化道疾病的一种病原体。环介导等温扩增技术（LAMP）是一种新的核酸扩增技术，具有敏感性高、特异性强和简便快速等优点，可用于消化道细菌的快速诊断。本文拟就 LAMP 检测消化道细菌的研究现状加以阐述。

| Abstract: | Bacteria in the digestive tracts are one type of the pathogens for digestive diseases.Loop-mediated isothermal amplification （LAMP）is a new method of nucleic acid amplification,which may rapidly diagnose bacte-ria in the digestive tracts with high specificity,efficiency,and simplicity.The review outlines the status in the re-search of LAMP for diagnosis of bacteria in the digestive tracts. |
