| 摘 要： | 我国自1995年实施全面食盐加碘（USI）政策后，碘缺乏危害得到有效控制，人群碘营养状况得到很大程度地改善。随着我国居民碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率的提升，人群碘营养水平及其对健康的影响也日趋受到关注。本文从国内外人群碘营养状况、碘与甲状腺疾病的关系、碘缺乏对孕妇及子代的影响三方面加以阐述。

| Abstract: | Since the USI policy was implemented in our country in 1 9 9 5 ,the hazards of iodine deficiency have been controlled effectively and the iodine nutritional status has been improved greatly.As the rate of iodized salt coverage and rate of qualified iodized salt consumption have increased,the iodine nutrition level and its effects on health are increasingly focused.This paper reviewed the iodine nutritional status,the relationship between iodine and thyroid disease,and iodine deficiency in pregnant women and children. |
