中国健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积参考值与地理环境的关系

目的：为制定中国健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法收集了中国107个单位测定的2311例健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积参考值,运用回归分析、非线性回归和主成分分析3种方法进行比较,选择最优模型,得出其与7项地理环境的关系。结果发现用主成分分析方法得出的模型表达中国健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积参考值与中国地理环境之间的相关关系最优。用主成分分析的方法得出回归方程：=106.43＋0.0012867X1＋0.0023259X2-0.24617X3-0.18152X4-0.0030320X5＋0.13273X6-0.78725X7在该回归方程中,是中国健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积参考值（mL）,X1是海拔高度（m）,X2是年日照时数（h）,X3是年平均气温（℃）,X4是年平均相对湿度（%）,X5是年降水量（mm）,X6是气温年较差（℃）,X7是年平均风速（m·s-1）。并通过克里格（Kriging）插值法精确的内插出中国健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积参考值的地理分布图。结论如果知道了中国某地的地理环境,就可用此模型估算该地区中国健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积的参考值,从地理分布图也可得到中国任何地方中国健康成年男性左室舒张末期容积的参考值。

The geographical distribution of the reference value of Left ventricular end diastolic volume of Chinese health adult men

Objective To supply a scientific basis for uniting the reference value standard of left ventricular end diastolic volume of Chinese health adult men.Methods The relationship between the reference value of 2311 Chinese health adult men and seven geographical factors in 1 0 7 units in China was investigated.Three methods which are regression analysis,non-linear regression and principal components analysis were compared,then choose a best model,conclude the relationship between LVEDV and seven geographical factors.Results The geograph-ical factors were correlated with reference value of left ventricular end diastolic volume of Chinese health adult men best in principal components analysis.Using principal components analysis,one regression equation was inferred：=106.43＋0.001 286 7X1＋0.002 325 9X2-0.246 17X3-0.181 52X4-0.003 032 0X5＋0.132 73X6-0.787 25X7 In the above equation, is the reference value of heart rate of Chinese healthy（mL）;X1 is the altitude （m）;X2 is the annual sunshine duration （h）;X3 is the annual mean air temperature （℃）;X4 is Annual mean relative hu-midity（%）;X5 is precipitation（mm）;X6 is the annual range of air temperature （℃）;X7 is the annual mean wind speed （m·s-1 ）.The geography distribution figure of Chinese health adult men LVEDV reference values was exact-ly inserted with the method of Kriging.Conclusion If geographical values are obtained in some areas,the refer- 〈br〉 ence value of Left ventricular end diastolic volume of Chinese health adult men in this area can be reckoned by using the regression equations.and normal LVDEV reference values of Chinese health adult men anywhere in China can be obtained from geography distribution figure.
