维生素C对人全血红细胞的抗氧化保护作用

摘    要:为了研究维生素C(vitamin C)对全血中红细胞的抗氧化保护作用,将维生素C作为血液保存添加剂,加入盛有无偿献血者静脉血的塑料血袋中(含CPA抗凝液),在25℃条件下,以红细胞ATP酶活性,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)酶活性,血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,血浆K^+离子含量等作为指标,观察维生素C对全血红细胞保护的抗氧化作用.结果表明:全血中加入维生素C之后,ATP和SOD活性在保存期内均高于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA和血浆R^+浓度的动态变化均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),超氧化物自由基浓度低于对照组(30%),pH下降速度低于对照组.结论:维生素C对提高红细胞ATP酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶活性,降低血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量、血浆K^+离子含量和血浆中的超氧自由基浓度等方面均有良好的作用.

Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of antioxidants on human blood, vitamin C was selected and added into plastic blood storage bags with CPD, and stored at 25 degrees C. During 6 days of storage, some indexes as ATP, SOD, MDA, K(+) concentration and superoxide radicals were detected and were compared with control group, The results showed that ATP and SOD activity in whole blood with vitamin C during 6 days of storage was higher then that in control group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), the MDA and plasma K(+) concentrations in stored whole blood with vitamin C during 6 days of storage were lower than that in control group (P < 0.05, P < 0.01), the superoxide radical concentrations in stored whole blood with vitamin C decreased lower than that in control group (30%). The conclusion was made that vitamin C increases activities of ATP and SOD, decreases concentrations of MDA, plasma K(+) and superoxide radicals during blood preservation.
