哌拉西林/他唑巴坦在危重病患者感染治疗中的应用

目的 观察哌拉西林／他唑巴坦用于危重病患者感染治疗的疗效及不良反应。方法 对26例人住医院ICU的重症感染患者采用哌拉西林／他唑巴坦治疗，静滴剂量为每次4．5g，q8h，其中12例加用阿米卡星0．2gql2h，疗程平均5d。结果 治疗总有效率为80．8％，细菌总清除率为77．3％，不良反应率低。结论 哌拉西林／他唑巴坦可作为重症患者抗感染治疗的经验性用药。

Piperacillin/Tazobactam in Therapy against Infection in Critically Patients

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of piperacillin/tacobactam in therapy against infection in critically patients. METHODS A total of 26 ICU patients diagnosed with moderate or severe infection, were given piperacillin/tazobactam 4.5 g, q 8 h, iv for 5 7 d. Amikacin 0.2 g, q 12 h, iv was added to 12 patients. RESULTS Total efficacious rate was 80.8%, bectericidal rate was 77.3%. Adverse reactions were found lower. CONCLUSIONS Piperacillin/tazobactam can be used as empirical antibiotics for ICU moderate or severe infection in critically patients.
