| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨下颌骨骨折钛板内固定手术的疗效。方法:回顾分析我院收治的76例下颌骨骨折钛板内固定术患者的临床资料,从骨折类型、治疗方法、疗效等方面总结钛板内固定的临床应用经验。结果:76例下颌骨骨折经1～6个月随访,摄X线片检查,骨折愈合良好,咬合关系良好,开口度正常。结论:钛板坚强内固定技术效果确切,是治疗颌骨骨折的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the titanium plate fixation in the treatment of mandibular fractures. Methods： Retrospective analysis was made on the data of 76 mandibular fracture cases, including fracture style, treatment of internal rigid fixation and curative effect. Results： With a follow-up of 1-6 months, X-ray examination suggested that fracture site of all cases healed well with a good occlusion restored, and mouth opening appeared normal. Conclusion： The titanium plate rigid fixation techniques is an effective and a good method in treatment of mandibular fractures. |
