| 摘 要： | 目的探讨弧形切割吻合器在低位直肠癌手术治疗中的应用价值及并发症的防治。方法回顾性分析2007年8月至2008年2月我院实施对37例低位直肠癌患者采用弧形切割吻合器完成保肛手术的临床资料。结果全组术中直肠闭合和吻合进程顺利，切缘均无癌残留，术后无局部复发，1例（2.7%）发生吻合口瘘，无吻合口出血、狭窄等情况发生。结论在直肠癌低位保肛手术中应用弧形切割吻合器是安全有效的，在应用过程中必须注意吻合口瘘的预防

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the role and the prevention of complication of curved cutter stapler in the operation of low rectal carcinoma. Methods A retrospective study was undertaken on the application of curved cutter stapler in 37 patients who underwent sphincter-preserving operation of low rectal careinoma from August 2007 to February 2008. Results All patients finished anastomosis successfully, without cancer residual in incisal edges. No local recurrence occurred. Two cases had anastomotic leakage （2.7%）, no anastomotic bleeding and anastomotic narrow. Conclusion Curved cutter stapler is effective and safe in sphincter-preserving operation of low rectal carcinoma. |
