| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of maternal systematic management in a mountainous area of Beijing, explore the existing problems and provide references for improving the quality of maternal systematic management services. Methods A maternal systematic management data from 2005 to 2007 of 400 cases of pregnant/labored women in a mountainous area of Beijing was analyzed retrospeetively. Results The rate of maternal systematic management was 77.75 %. The cases who were muhipara, above 35 - year - old or only had junior high school education （ or lower） were lower managed. Conclusion The level of the maternal systematic management in the mountainous areas should be further improved and some groups should be targeted so as to promote the health of mothers and babies. |
