| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective methods suitable for orthopedics specialized nurse traing in military hospitals. Methods Twenty orthopedic nurses received the training. The training was carefully planned and implemented in the following aspects ： Teachers＇ selection and training, intensive theoretical training,clinical practice training,and evaluation of teaching effect. Results The trainees＇performance on the theory test was excellent and the teachers were fully appreciated by the trainees. Conclusion The training of orthopedic specialized nurses plays a positive role in improving the comprehensive quality of the trainees and also in promoting the construction of nursing demonstration bases. |
