The effects of career education among vocational nursing students

Objective To reinforce the career education among vocational nursing students and to help them better understand nursing position so as to cultivate qualified nurses. Methods Aimed at the requirements of nursing position, activities such as classroom teaching, professional skills training, combining clinical practice and employment, and campus culture infiltration were implemented step by step to reinforce nursing students＇career education. Result After career education ,the employment rate of graduates was increased year by year.
