摘    要:通过对原位及异位移植股骨骨髓造血重建过程的研究,我们发现了移植物的骨内膜或骨皮质及骨小梁内细胞在诱导造血恢复上起着重要作用;骨皮质內含有造血微环境中的全部因素。本文观察了移植的骨皮质内造血重建的动态变化过程。即首先是基质细胞增殖、分化,包括骨小梁及血窦的形成,然后出现造血细胞增生。初步认为,作为诱导造血重建的环境因素的主要成分基质细胞来源于骨皮质。推断在正常机体中,骨髓内分化的基质细胞执行着支持实质细胞正常功能的作用,处于未分化的Go期的母细胞,则作为后备力量储存在骨皮质或骨小梁内(骨内膜细胞为中间阶段)。在整体调节下,二者保持着动态平衡状态。

Abstract:Through analysis of hemopoietic reconstitution of bone marrow after femur implantation, both in situ and ectopic, it was shown that periosteum, bone cortex and tvabeculae in the implanted femur played an important role in inducing hemopoietic repairing. All factors for hemopoietic micro-environment were present in the bone cortex. Proliferation and differentiation of stromal cells including formation of trabeculae and blood sinuses appeared first, followed by proliferation of hemopoietic cells. Stromal cells from the bone cortex were considered to be the main elements in the environment for the induced hemopoietic reconstitution.Normally differentiated stromal cells in the bone marrow were considered to support the function of hemopoietic cells.Cells in Go stage were stored in the bone cortex or trabeculae, and the differentiated and Go cells were in mobile balance.
