摘    要:目的对13岁以下的儿童用低剂量螺旋cT头颅扫描,以降低儿童在行CT检查时接收的放射辐射。方法总结69例儿童颅脑CT用三组不同参数扫描。结果在管电流80mAs和100mAs,对儿童颅脑扫描,图像显示清晰,噪声低,扫描信息完整。在管电流为50mAs儿童年龄小于3岁时,也能达到上述效果。结论采用低剂量对儿童头颅CT扫描,即能保证图像质量,又能降低儿童在接收头颅CT检查时的放射辐射。

Abstract:Objective To discussion low-dosage helical CT applications on brain scan of children under 13 years old to reduce the radiation during CT scan.Methods Summary of 69 cases of brain scan for children with three different groups of scan parameters.Results Under the conditions of the tube current of 80mAs and 100mAs,the pediatric brain scan images were clear with low noise and completed scan information.When tube current 50mAs was applied on children under 3 years old,the above effects were also achieved.Conclusion Low-dose application on pediatric brain scan not only guarantee image quality but also reduce the radiation during CT scan.
