骨折病人褥疮预防新方法

目的　探讨骨折病人用卫生巾垫预防褥疮的效果。方法　将 2 2 0例胸腰椎骨折、股骨骨折、胫腓骨骨折病人随机分为观察组 12 0例 ,对照组 10 0例。观察组用卫生巾垫 ,对照组用气圈或海绵垫。结果　两组褥疮发生率均为 0 ,观察组皮肤潮红率约 1.6 7% ,对照组皮肤潮红率为 5 8%。经统计学处理P <0 .0 1,差异显著。结论　卫生巾垫吸潮、透气、表面柔软 ,使皮肤干燥 ,可有效的预防褥疮的发生。

New Method of Bedsove Prevention in Patient with Fracture

Objective To observe the preventive effect of bedsove with tissue cloth aircushion in patients with fracture. Methods 220 patients with thoracic abdominal, thigh or fibula vertebrate fracture were randomly divided into the observing group (100 cases) and the control group (120 cases ).The former used tissuse cloth, the later with aircushion or foam rubber cushion. Results The incidence of bedsove in two groups was zero,the incidence of skin red in the treatment group was 1.67%,and the control group was 58%,there were distinct difference in two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Tissue cloth can absorb moisture,well-ventilated and soft face, it can make the skin dry and pvevent the bedsove effectively.
