护生异地实习的特殊问题与对策

Particular problem and countermeasures of clinical practice of nurse students in different place

To explore a series of highly effective method to confirm the quality of teaching as well as to help the students finish their clinical practice and transport a team of well educated nurse to the society, aiming at the particular problem existing in complish for the practice of students in different place at same time. The Particular problem were: weak link existing in studying of theories, the communication system was lacked between the school and hospital; there was inadequate communication between nurse students and teacher, students psychological problems and personal safety management were looming. And the countermeasures were: to enforce the educational system in the period for nurse practice especially in different place at same time, to establish a team of high quality teachers for clinical practice, to organize different style of theory studies for nurse students, to enhance the intercommunication among school, hospital and students, and to emphasize and concern mental hygiene and daily life of nurse students.
