摘    要:目的:通过评价58种活血化瘀类复方中成药抗血小板聚集活性并探究其用药规律,为抗血小板现代中药的研发提供一定的实验依据。方法:使用高通量微孔板比浊法检测药物对由二磷酸腺苷(ADP),凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集反应的抑制作用。结果:有41种活血化瘀类复方中成药能不同程度(药物血小板抑制聚集率达30%~98%)的拮抗ADP和凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集,其中有18种药物对诱导剂具有选择性。受试药物中,抗血小板聚集活性较高的复方多含有丹参、川芎、红花、三七、冰片等药味。活血化瘀类复方中成药多配伍补虚药、开窍药、止血药发挥其抗血小板聚集的作用。结论:活血化瘀类复方中成药可通过抗ADP和抗凝血酶的途径发挥抗血小板聚集作用,复方中配伍"理气"、"补气"、"开窍"等功效的药味或可增强其抗血小板聚集活性。
