北京市妇幼保健网络信息系统运行速度影响因素分析

摘    要:目的分析影响北京市妇幼保健网络信息系统运行速度的因素,提出改进建议。方法应用统一的网络测速方法开展调查,对影响网络运行速度的因素进行单因素检验和多因素Lo两stic回归分析。结果①采用互联网+VPN模式登陆系统的机构网速低于200kb/s的比例为48.61%,采用专网登陆系统的机构网速低于200kb/s的比例为28.26%,二者相比有统计学意义(χ^2=2.398,P=0.001);②采用互联网+VPN模式登陆系统的机构是否独享租用带宽(OR=2.738,95%CI为1.428~5.250),租用带宽 (OR=7.857,95%CI为3.005~20.545)为妇幼信息系统网络运行速度的影响因素。结论应用B/S架构的信息系统,采用专网登陆比互联网+VPN模式的效果好;互联网环境下,网络配置是影响系统运行速度的主要因素。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To analyze the factors affecting the Information System, and propose for improvements. [ Methods ] network speed of Beijing Maternal and Child Health Applying single-factor testing and multi-factor logistic regression analysis to factors affecting the network speed based on the same network speed testing method. [ Results ] ① For organizations that use internet + VPN mode to log into the system, the percentage of whose network speed lower than 200kb/s was 48.61%,For organizations that use dedicated network to log into the system, the percentage of whose network speed lower than 200kb/s was 28.26%. The difference between them was statistically significant (χ^2=2.398, P=0.001); ② For organizations that use internet+VPN mode to log into the system, using shared network bandwidth (OR=2.738, 95%CI ranges from 1.428 to 5.250) andthe shared bandwidth of network (0R=7.857, 95% CI ranges from 3.005 to 20.545) was the major factor affecting the network speed of the system. [ Conclusion ] For systems based on B/S architecture, using a dedicated network to log into the system is better than using internet + VPN to log into the network. In the internet environment, network configuration is the major factor affecting the system speed.
