摘    要:目的探讨血清降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)与C反应蛋白(CRP)在早产儿晚期感染的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年1月-2012年12月于出生后24h内转入新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)的67例早产儿,依据病情分为晚期感染早产儿33例(感染组)与非感染患儿34例(非感染组),测定两组患儿血清C反应蛋白及降钙素原含量与动态变化。结果感染组血清PCT(3.58±0.61ng/mL)、CRP(7.64±1.24ng/mL)浓度显著高于非感染组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);PCT的敏感性和特异性均高于CRP。结论PCT对早产儿晚期感染的早期诊断有重要价值,可作为早产儿晚期感染的早期、快速检测指标,其敏感性和特异性均高于CRP。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical value of PCT and CRP in preterm infant with late infected. [ Methods ] We enrolled 67 cases of preterm infants who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) in hospital between January 2010 and December 2012, within 24 hours after birth.67 preterm infants were divided into two groups:infection group (n=33) and non-infected group (n=34). The level and dynamic changes of serum CRP and PCT were measured in two groups of preterm infants. [ Results ] The level of serum PCT(3.58 _+ 0.61 ng/mL) and CRP(7.64 _+ 1.24 ng/mL) in infection group were significantly higher than the non-infected group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01);The study also shows that the sensitivity and specificity of PCT were higher than CRP. [ Conclusion ] PCT play an important role in diagnosis of preterm infant with late infected, that can be uesd as an early, rapid diagnostic marker for the late-onset infection in prematures.The sensitivity and specificity of PCT were greater than CRP.
