| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨戴明循环（plan-do-check-action cycle,PDCA）在医院感染护理管控中的应用效果.方法 于2012年遵循计划（plan,P）、执行（do,D）、检查（check,C）、处理（action,A）4个阶段程序进行医院感染护理管控,并将医院环境卫生学监测指标及医院感染率指标与2011年进行比较分析.结果 2012年医院环境卫生学监测指标合格率高于2011年,医院感染率低于2011年,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 PDCA是提高医院感染护理管理质量行之有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective Exploring the plan-do-check-action cycle（PDCA） applied rearch of nursing management quality in hospital infection. Methods In 2012, we did nursing managment in hospital infection following PDCA, then did comparative analysis of hospital environment hygiene monitoring indicators and hospital infection indicators with 2011. Results In 2012, the hospital environment hygiene monitoring indicators and hospital infection indicators were better than those in 2011（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA is effective in nursing management for quality control of hospital infection. |
