摘    要:目的 评估冠状动脉疾病(CAD)患者红细胞氧化还原平衡、细胞膜的流动性及胆固醇水平等可能出现的变化.方法 选取我院治疗的心肌梗死患者20例为观察组,发病时间超过6个月,且低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)>70 mg/dL,同时选取健康患者21例为对照组.检测两组过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、硫代巴比妥酸反应底物(TBARS)、巯基基膜蛋白、总胆固醇水平和红细胞膜的流动性.结果 在红细胞功能结构的对比中,观察组脂质过氧化、红细胞胆固醇及细胞膜的流动性3个指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组细胞膜中自由巯基浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).在抗氧化酶活性的比较中,观察组CAT活性和SOD活性与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组GPX活性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CAD中红细胞氧化应激增加且流动性下降,抗氧化系统紊乱及红细胞膜结构变化与CAD密切相关.

Abstract:Objective Oxidative stress is caused by cardiovascular diseases and is an important factor. This study was to estimate coronary artery disease (CAD) patients with red blood cell redox balance.membrane fluidity and cholesterol level changes. Methods Selecting the treatment group in our hospital of 20 eases of myocardial infarction as the observation group. The incidence time was more than 6 months, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was 〉70mg/dI.; while 2t healthy patients were selected as the control group. The two groups were detected for catalase,glutathione peroxidase (GPX), superoxide dismutase (SOD), thio-barbituric acid reactive substrates (TBARS), thiol (SH) base film protein, total cholesterol levels, and erythrocyte membrane fluidity. Results Comparing the structure of red blood cell function, the observation group lipid peroxidation, cholesterol level and erythrocyte membrane fluidity were significantly different from control group ( P 〈0 . 0 5 ) , but the cellmembrane free thiol concentration the observation group had higher statistically different (P 〈 0. 05), Antioxidant system disorders and of CAD. was not significant (P〈 0.05). Antioxidant enzyme activity assays indicated that catalase and superoxide dismutase activity than the control group, which were but glutathione peroxidase activity was not significant (P〈 0. 05).
