早产儿疼痛干预的研究

目的观察足跟采血疼痛刺激时早产儿疼痛评分及非药物止痛的效果。方法将100例早产儿随机分为4组，各25例。对照组、葡萄糖组、非营养性吸吮组、葡萄糖＋非营养性吸吮组。于穿刺后20s、1min、2min、3min分别记录心率、经皮血氧饱和度变化，采用早产儿疼痛评分简表（preterm infant pain profile，vim,）进行疼痛评分并比较。结果各组早产儿间PIPP评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），葡萄糖＋非营养性吸吮组PIPP评分明显低于非营养吸吮组及葡萄糖组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论口服葡萄糖液联合非营养性吸吮对早产儿有较好的止痛作用。

Study on intervention of pain in preterm

Objective ] To observe pain score and non-pharmacologic analgesia of preterm during heel prick to collect blood. Methods ] 100 preterm infants were divided randomLy into four groups： control group, glucose group , non- nutritive sucking group ,glucose plus non-nutritive sucking group. Heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation were recorded respectively at the time of 20 second, lminute, 2 minute and 3 minute after heel pricking, pain score, according to the Preterm Infant Pain Profile（PIPP）, were compared after heel pricking. Results ] Pain sore of PIPP of glucose plus non- nutritive sucking group was significant lower than that of others（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ] Combining oral glucose with non- nutritive sucking could relieve the pain of preterm infant.
