前置胎盘剖宫产术后出血现状及相关因素分析

目的调查了解前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的发病率并探讨其相关影响因素。方法选取2010年7月-2012年10月在深圳市妇幼保健院产科行前置胎盘剖宫产的96例产妇，通过自行设计的问卷调查，了解所有胎盘前置剖宫产患者产后出血状况，并探讨胎盘前置剖宫产产后出血的相关因素。结果经多因素logidtic回归分析发现，高龄、剖宫产史、胎盘植入或粘连是导致前置胎盘剖宫产患者产后出血发生的高危因素。结论前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的发生率较高；高龄、有剖宫产史、有胎盘植入或粘连对于产后出血的发生影响较大，在临床中应充分重视。

An analysis of related factors of postoperative hemorrhage of women with placenta previa following cesarean section

Objective ] To investigate the incidence of postoperative hemorrhage of women with placenta previa following cesarean section and explore the related factors. Methods ] 96 cases were selected in our hospital during July 2010 to October 2012, and then through self-designed questionnaire, the situation of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage in patients with placenta previa was understanded and the factors were also explored. Results ] Increasing maternal age, central placenta previa, the number of abortions, history of cesarean section, placenta implants or adhesion, can significantly increased the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, and by multiple factors logidtic regression analysis, it showed that age, history of cesarean section, placenta accreta or placenta previa cesarean adhesions were the risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage. Conclusion ] There was high incidence of postoperative hemorrhage of women with placenta previa following cesarean section. Old age, history of cesarean section, placenta implants or adhesion impacted on the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, which should be considered in clinical.
