AQP3在人非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的：检测水通道蛋白-3（AQP3）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织和血清中的表达,旨在研究其与非小细胞肺癌发生、发展的关系.方法：采用免疫组化法（SP）及酶联免疫法（Elisa）检测42例非小细胞肺癌患者组织和血清中AQP3水平.结果：（1）AQP3在非小细胞肺癌组织中阳性表达率（71.43％）显著高于对照组（30％）（P＜0.05）,AQP3的高表达与病理类型、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移有关,而与性别、年龄、是否吸烟、TNM分期无关.（2）非小细胞肺癌组血清AQP3浓度（3.53±1.39）ng/L,明显高于健康人组（2.80±1.07）ng/L（P＜0.05）,其高表达与病理类型、分化程度、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移有关,与性别、年龄、是否吸烟无关.结论：AQP3在非小细胞肺癌组织及血清中的表达异常增高,提示AQP3在非小细胞肺癌发生、发展中发挥作用,血清中AQP3表达水平的检测具有相对无创、标本易得、可动态观察等优点,可作为肺癌的一种检测指标.

Expression and clinical significance of AQP3 in Human Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

University; Objective：To examine the level of the aquaporin 3（AQP3） expressions in the tissue and in serum of non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）,and to investigate its relationship with the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：AQP3 expression in cancer tissues and AQP3 levels in the serum were detected in 42 non-small cell lung cancers by immunohistochemistry and ELISA,respectively.Results：（1） In the tissue of non-small cell lung cancer,the positive expression rate of AQP3（71.43%） was significantly higher than that in normal control group（30%）（P〈0.05）.The high expression was related to pathologic type,degrees of differentiation,lymph node metastasis,instead of sex,age,smoking and TNM stages.（2） In serum of non-small cell lung cancer,the concentration of AQP3（3.53 ± 1.39ng/L） was significantly higher than that in the normal control group（2.80 ± 1.07ng/L）,the high concentration was related to pathologic type,degrees of differentiation,TNM stages,lymph node metastasis,but not sex,age,or smoking.Conclusion：AQP3 in the tissue and in serum of non-small cell lung cancer are at the unusually high levels,which shows that AQP3 plays a role in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer.The concentration of AQP3 in serum can be treated as a monitoring index,for its relatively noninvasive determination,accessible specimens and dynamic observation.
