30例腰椎间盘突出症突出物组织学观察及临床分析

背景]观察腰椎间盘突出物的组织病理学改变，探讨其在腰椎间盘突出症手术治疗中的应用价值．病例报告]选择30例腰椎间盘突出症手术切除的突出物，根据术中所见分为破碎型腰椎间盘突出组和完整型腰椎间盘突出组，两组标本均行常规HE染色，观察病理变化．结果显示7例标本可见边缘灶性炎性细胞浸润及肉芽组织生成，血管化；23例标本可见髓核面积减少，纤维环增厚，软骨基质增生．讨论]对于腰椎间盘突出症手术指证者，手术摘除腰椎间盘突出物是治疗的重要方法．

Clinical analysis of histopathological observation for 30 cases of protrusions of lumbar disc herniation

BACKGROUND To observe the histopathological changes of protrusions of lumbar intervertebral disc, and to investigate the clinical application value in surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation. CASE REPORTS 30 cases of protrusions of lumbar disc herniation were selected, and divided into broken lumbar disc herniation group and complete lumbar disc herniation group according to the introperative observation. Specimens were stained with HE, and observed the histopathological changes. Out of 30 cases of protrusions, 7 cases showed that broken edge of protrusions had focal infiltration of inflammatory cells, granulation tissue and vascularization, and 23 cases showed that nucleus pulposus area was reduced, annular fibers was thickened, and cartilage matrix was proliferation. DISCUSSION The lumbar discectomy is one of important methods for the protrusions of lumbar intervertebral disc with the operation indication of lumbar disc herniation.
