丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠的实验研究

目的：初步探讨研丹参川穹嗪注射液对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠中血清IL-1β、IL-6、TGF-β表达水平的变化,用以探索丹参川穹嗪对胶原性关节炎的机制作用及治疗影响.方法：将60只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,每组15只,分别是正常对照组、造模组、丹参川穹嗪治疗组、地塞米松治疗组.造模实验2周后,断头处死全部大鼠,取血离心取上清液.然后,采用ELISA方法测定血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TGF-β的表达水平.结果：血清IL-1β、IL-6的表达水平,造模组较正常组升高,治疗后较前者水平明显降低.而血清TGF-β的表达水平,造模组相较正常组降低明显,治疗后TGF-β表达水平明显上升.结论：丹参川穹嗪有下调胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠血清IL-1β、IL-6水平的作用,以及升高TGF-β的表达水平的能力,有望在临床类风湿性关节炎的治疗中起到一定的价值作用.

Experimental study of Chuanxiong danshen injection triazine on the treatment of collagen-induced arthritis in rats

Objective：To explore the effects of Chuanxiong danshen injection triazine on serum IL-1β,IL-6 and TGFβexpression of rats with collageninduced arthritis,and to explore the mechanism of Salvia of Chuanxiong danshen injection triazine on collageninduced arthritis and its influence on treatment.Methods：60 female Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups,each group of 15 were normal control group,the model Salvia the Chuanxiong danshen injection triazine group,dexamethasone treatment group.After 2 weeks of modeling experiments,rats were decapitated,and the blood was centrifuged and the supernatant liquid was extracted.Then,we determined IL-1β,IL-6 and TGFβ expression level in serum by ELISA.Results：Serum IL-1β,IL-6 expression level in the model group was increased compared with the normal group,and the value was significantly lower than the former level after treatment.Serum TGFβexpression level in model group was significantly lower compared with the normal group and the value was significantly increased after treatment.Conclusion：Chuanxiong danshen injection triazine could reduce serum IL-1beta,IL-6 level of collageninduced arthritis rat,and increase the level of TGFbeta expression as well,which is expected to be conductive to the clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
