摘    要:目的:探讨孕期营养状况对妊娠结局的临床影响.方法:将80例孕产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各加例,观察组定期进行产检,详细记录孕期的营养膳食情况,制定合理的孕期个体化营养指导,对照组仅接受常规产前检查和健康教育,比较两组孕妇的阴道分娩率及并发症发生情况.结果:观察组孕妇的阴道分娩率显著高于对照组,并发症低于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:合理健全的营养方案有利于孕产妇及胎儿的健康,减少并发症,值得推广.

The analysis of clinical impact of nutritional status during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome

Abstract:Objectives:To explore the clinical effect of nutritional status during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome.Methods:80 pregnant woman were randomly divided into observation group and 40 cases in control group.Pregnant women in observation group accepted checkup on a regular basis,and we gave detailed dietary nutrition records during pregnancy,formulate reasonable individualized nutritional guidance during pregnancy.Pregnant women in control group only accepted routine prenatal care and health education.We compared pregnant women's vaginal births and complications in both two groups.Results:Pregnant women's vaginal births in observation group are significantly higher than those in the control group,and the complications are lower than those in the control group.The differences of two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Sound nutrition solution for maternal and fetal health could reduce the complications,and is worthy of promotion.
