ICU护士职业性损伤危险因素调查

[目的]探讨ICU护士对职业性损伤危险因素的认知程度及采取的防护措施，以提高职业安全意识。[方法]自行设计职业性损伤危险因素认知调查表，对2所3级甲等医院83名ICU护士进行职业性损伤危险因素调查，并以普通外科118名护士作为对照组．[结果]ICU组职业性损伤危险因素平均认知程度明显高于普通外科组（P〈0．01），但两组人员平均认知程度均偏低．[结论]我国职业安全保障管理现状、受教育程度及ICU环境对ICU护士职业性损伤危险因素认知程度及所采取的肪护措施均有较大的影响．

Investigation of risk factors for occupational injury in ICU nurses

OBJECTIVE To study the cognition degree of risk factors for occupational injury and taken protective measures in order to improve the occupational safety consciousness in ICU nurses. METHODS Using a self-designed questionnaire, the cognition degree of risk factors for occupational injury was investigated in 83 nurses of ICU in three level of two first-class hospitals and in 83 nurses of general surgery as control group. RESULTS The cognition degree of risk factors for occupational injury was higher in ICU group than in control group （P〈0.01）, but was somewhat low in both two groups. CONCLUSION The occupational safety management status, level of education and environment of ICU has a greater influence to cognition degree of risk factors for occupational injury and taken protective measures in ICU nurses.
