氟比洛芬酯用于声带息肉摘除术病人的超前镇痛及对IL-6的影响

目的：观察氟比洛芬酯用于声带息内摘除术病人的超前镇痛及对Ⅱ-6的影响.方法：选择择期行声带息肉摘除术病人40例,随机分为两组,即氟比洛芬酯组（F组）和生理盐水组（N组）.F组在诱导结束气管插管前静脉注射氟比洛芬酯1mg/kg,而N组静脉注射生理盐水.分别记录术后1、4、8和12h病人VAS和测定诱导前10min（T0）、术后1h（T1）、术后4h（T2）和术后12h（T3）血清IL-6的浓度.结果：F组术后各时点疼痛评分低于N组（P＜0.05）;与麻醉前相比,两组患者术后IL-6水平升高（P＜0.05）;与N组相比,F组在T1、L、T3时点血清IL-6水平较低（P＜0.05）.结论：氟比洛芬酯有良好的超前镇痛作用,且能够有效抑制术后IL-6的升高,在作用时间内发挥了一定的镇痛和抗炎作用,有利于病人身体的康复.

The effect of Flurbiprofen ester effered preemptive analgesia in patients with vocal cord polyp removed by suspension Laryngoscope on serum levels of interleukin-6

Objective：To observe the effect of Flurbiprofen ester effered preemptive analgesia in patients with Vocal Cord Polyp were removed by suspension Laryngoscope on serum levels of interleukin-6.Methods：40 cases of patients with Vocal Cord Polyp were randomly divided into F and N groups.In group F,patients received flurbiprofen 1mg/kg intravenously after induction,and patients in group N received normal saline.VAS score of postoperative 1,4,8 and 12 hours,and serum levels of interleukin-6 of 10 minutes before induction,1,4,12 after operation are recorded,respectively.Results：The VAS of group F were lower than that in group N during 12 hours after operation（P〈0.05）.The concentration of interleukin-6 of two groups at T1,T2,T3 was lower than those at T0（P〈0.05）.The serum level of interlenkin-6 of group F was significantly lower than those in group N at T1,T2,T3（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：flurbiprofen axetil plays a role in preemptive analgesia; and it also can inhibit the increase of postoperative concentration of interleukin-6.Preemptive administration of flurbiprofen should be conductive to the patients＇ physical rehabilitation.
