结直肠癌患者围手术期快速康复外科护理措施效果研究

目的研究结直肠癌患者围手术期快速康复外科护理措施及效果。方法对2012年我科收治的结直肠癌患者分别进行常规护理措施和快速康复外科护理措施，比较两组患者的术后康复效果、并发症发生情况及健康知识问卷得分和治疗满意程度评价，对数据进行统计学分析并评价效果。结果与常规护理相比，快速康复外科护理能减少患者首次排气时间、首次排便时间，缩短术后静脉输液时间、提前进食时间和下床活动时间，减少患者平均住院时间，差异均具有显著意义（P〈0．05）；同时能显著减少术后并发症的发生（P〈0．05），显著降低平均医疗费用和显著缓解患者体质量下降程度（P〈0．01），且患者对健康知识的掌握程度和满意率亦显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论快速康复外科护理措施在改善结直肠癌患者围手术期康复情况、减少感染和并发症的发生率，提高患者对健康知识掌握程度以及缩短患者住院时间，减少患者住院费用方面具有显著效果。

Study for the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care measures for patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To study for the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical care measures for patients with colorectal cancer. Method The patients with coloreetal cancer during the year of 2012 was collected and nursed by rapid rehabilitation surgical care measures and routine nursing measures respectively. The post-operative recovery effect y, rate of complication, score of health knowledge and treatment satisfaction was measured, analyzed and compared statistically between the two groups. Result Compared with routine nursing, The first exhaust time, first defecation time, average in-hospitalization time, post-operative intravenous infusion time and complication was re- duced by rapid rehabilitation surgical care measures. The feeding time and out of bed activity time was advanced. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The cost for medication and the reducing of patients＇ physique was remarkable decreased compared with control group（P〈0.01）. The patients＇ health knowl-edge mastery and satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rapid re-habilitation surgical care measures was the following benefits; improving the heath status for patients with colorectal cancer, reducing the rate of infection and complication and medication cost, shortening the time of hospitalization, increasing the health knowledge mastery.
