缺血性卒中与胰岛素抵抗及相关因素关系的分析及干预

目的探讨胰岛素抵抗及相关因素与急性缺血性卒中的关系,正确评价胰岛素抵抗对脑梗死发生的影响及干预措施。方法对急性缺血性卒中及对照组患者,通过检测空腹血糖和胰岛素水平,评价胰岛素抵抗情况。结果胰岛素抵抗作为一个新的可治疗的危险因素,在脑梗死患者中普遍存在。结论胰岛素抵抗是糖尿病、高血压、肥胖症、动脉硬化等代谢综合征疾病代谢紊乱的基础,在脑梗死患者中普遍存在。通过对胰岛素抵抗的控制,可降低缺血性卒中的发病率。

The Relationship Between Insulin Resistance and Related Factors of Ischemic Stroke Analysis and Intervention
