肝特灵治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床研究

目的：研究肝特灵治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的疗效。方法：将180例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组患者口肝特灵，5粒／次，每日次3次；对照组患者应用复方益肝灵，2粒／次，每日3次；两组病人均治疗3个月。治疗前后检测患者血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBil)、丙二醛（MDA），并对部分患者进行秀明质酸（HA）、层粘蛋白（LN）、Ⅲ型胶原等检测。结果：肝特灵可以改善慢性病毒性肝炎患者血清ALT、MDA水平，且优于复方益肝灵（P＜0．01）；并可降低患者血清HA、LN等（P＜0．05）。结论：肝特灵治疗病毒性肝炎疗效确切，其机理可能与它的抗脂质过氧化作用有关。

Clinical Study on Chronic Hepatitis B Treated by Chinese Herbal Ganteling

Objective: To estimate the effect of herbal compound Ganteling to chronic viral hepatitis B. Methods: To divide 180 cases of chronic viral hepatitis equally into two groups in random. Patients with chronic viral hepatitis in one group were treated with herbal compound Ganteling(5# tid,for three months),and those in other group were used with Silymar in (2# tid , for three months). Serum levels of MDA, ALT and TBil were assayed. Simultaneously, serum HA, LN levels in chronic viral hepatitis were observed partly before and after treatment of herbal compound Ganteling. Result: ALT and MDA levels appeared much decreasing trend after the treatment of herbal compound Ganteling compared with the treatment of Silymarin (P<0. 01). And a fall of levels of HA and LN was also found after treating with herbal compound Ganteling in chronic hepatitis (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Herbal compound Ganteling have a definite effect in treatment of chronic viral hepatitis. Its mechanism may be related with its antioxidant effect in hepatocytes.
