犬水下冲击伤后主要脏器的病理学变化

摘    要:目的 观察动物水下冲击伤后主要脏器的形态学变化。方法 采用大体、光镜和电镜的方法观察不同致伤条件下20只成年狗伤后6h的肺脏、小肠及心脏的病理变化、结果 损伤动物大体解剖可见明显肺出血、水肿。镜下见不同程度的肺泡内出血,水肿液填充.肺泡壁断裂并相互融合;肺泡壁的超微结构显示肺泡细胞线粒体空泡变、毛细血管内皮破坏等。以出血为主的肠道损伤明显可见。结论 严重的肺出血、水肿可能是水下冲击伤动物早期死亡的主要原因。动物伤情的严重程度与水下冲击波的峰值压力/正向冲量两参数密切相关。肠道损伤不容忽视。

Abstract:Objective To observe the morphological changes of main internal organs in dogs with underwater blast injury Methods Samples (lungs, intestinal tract and heart) from 20 adult dogs were taken 6 hours after different underwater blasts and observed with gross examination, light microscope (LM) and electron microscope (EM). Results Grossly, pulmonary hemorrhage and pulmonary edema were the main pathological changes LM examination revealed that the alveolus space was filled with edematous fluid and the bloody components Part of alveolus walls ruptured and fused into bigger cavities EM showed there were vacuolated mitochondria of alveolar epithelium and some broken capillary predominant endothelium Hemorrhage was the pathological feature of intestinal tract Conclusion Severe pulmonary hemorrhage and pulmonary edema may be the main cause of early death of dogs with underwater blast injury The severity of injury is closely related to blast parameters (peak pressure/positive impulse) Attention should be also paid to the damage of intestinal tract
