| 摘 要： | 目的观察氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液治疗骨性关节炎(OA)的临床效果。方法80例OA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组应用氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液,对照组应用塞来昔布,观察治疗前、后的疗效及安全性。结果氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液可明显缓解OA的临床症状。结论应用氟比洛芬酯脂微球载体注射液治疗OA疗效明显,无严重不良反应。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect and safty of Flurbriprofen Axetil Injection on osteoarthritis(OA).Methods Eighty osteoarthritis patients were randomized into two groups,Flurbriprofen Axetil Injection were used in treatment group,and Celecoxib were used in the control group.Results After the therapy,there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Flurbriprofen Axetil Injection is effective,and it has low adverse reation in the treatment of OA. |
