黄芪注射液与丹参注射液对慢性肾炎细胞免疫影响的比较

目的探讨黄芪注射液与丹参注射液对慢性肾小球肾炎气虚血瘀证细胞免疫功能的影响并进行比较.方法严格按照要求选择入选病例,随机分为黄芪组、丹参组、对照组,每组各 30 例.黄芪组、丹参组在口服益气活血利湿汤的基础上分别辨证加用黄芪注射液、丹参注射液各 40mL 5%GS 或 GNS250mL VD30gtt/min qd;对照组在口服益气活血利湿汤治疗的基础上加用细胞色素C1 5mg、辅酶100u、三磷酸腺苷 20mg 5%GS 或 GNS250mLVD30gtt/min qd,1个月为一疗程,连续观察3个月.结果黄芪、丹参注射液均具有提高免疫功能作用,从而提高临床疗效.结论黄芪、丹参注射液防治慢性肾小球肾炎具有广阔前景.

Comparing the Immunological Influence of Membranous Milkvetch Root Injection Fluid and Danshen Root Injection Fluid to Chronic Nephritis

Objective Discussing the influence on cellular immunity of Chinese traditional medicine membranous milkvetch root injection fluid and dan-shen root injection fluid to chronic glomerulonephritis of different type of Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods This investigation used randomized controlled trial. We choosed the cases strictly according to bringing into standard. Group of membranous milkvetch root had 30 cases, group of dan-shen root had 30 cases and group of contrast had 30 cases respectively. Group of membranous milkvetch root and group of dan-shen root: on the basis of taking Traditional Chinese medicine which had effect of tonifying qi, promoting blood circulation and clearing of damp. We combined differentiation of symptoms and clinical feature to add membranous milkvetch root and dan-shen root potential solution 40mL+5%GS or GNS 250mL VD30gtt/min qd; group of contrast: adding cytochromeC 15mL, CoA 100u, ATP 20mg + 5% GS or GNS 250mL VD30gtt/min qd, observing for 3 month and 1 month made up of a course. Result These results indicated membranous milkvetch root and dan-shen root could improve immunological function, consequently improve curative effect in clinic. Conclusion Membranous milkvetch root and dan-shen root have wide foreground in prevention and cure chronic glomerulonephritis.
