曲安奈德联合地塞米松局部注射治疗甲状腺相关眼病

目的评价曲安奈德联合地塞米松局部注射治疗甲状腺相关眼病的临床效果。方法对甲状腺相关眼病患者34例56眼,采用曲安奈德10mg联合地塞米松5mg患眼球周注射,2周1次,2个月为一疗程。治疗前和疗程结束后1个月观察记录眼部症状、体征。结果显效27只眼,有效25只眼,无效为4只眼,总有效率为92.7%。无效者为病程长者。结论曲安奈德联合地塞米松局部注射对甲状腺相关眼病的眼征具有明显改善或消除作用,副作用小,安全性高。

Effects of retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetomide and dexamethasone for Graves ophthalmopathy

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetomide and dexamethasone for Graves ophthalmopathy.Methods Thirty-four cases(56 eyes) of Graves ophthalmopathy were treated with retrobulbar injection triamcinolone acetomide(10mg) and dexamethasone(5mg) once every two weeks and two months in one course.Symptoms and signs of the patients were observed before and one month after one course of treatment.Results The clinical manifestations have shown improvements in 54 eyes(92.7%) and unimproved in 4 eyes,There was no serious complication.Conclusion Retrobulbar injection of triamcinolone acetomide and dexamethasone can improve symptoms and signs of the patients with Graves ophthalmopathy,less side effect and high safety.
