| 摘 要： | 本文从６个方面介绍实行目标责任制管理，开展中医护理科研的经验。通过提高护士对中医护理科研的认识，实行责、权、利相结合的护理科研责任制，使中医护理科研工作形成有目标、有计划、有组织、有责任、有考核奖惩办法的科学管理体制，有力地推动了护理科研的开展。

| Abstract: | From six respects, this paper reported the experience in implementation of the aim-responsibility to promote nursing researches in traditional Chinese medicine. With higher level of nurses'understanding of nursing research, the system of nursing, research-responsibility was carried out in a way combined the jurisdication, benefit and responsibility of nurses. Nursing researches in traditional Chinese Medicine were controlled in a clearly aimed, well designed and organized. Scientific system of management. This system effectively pushed forward the nursing research. |
