文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效分析

目的比较文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例抑郁症患者随机分为文拉法辛（40例）和帕罗西汀（40例），疗程6周，用汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项（HAMD）评定疗效，治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应和安全性。结果文拉法辛组治疗1周起效，疗程结束时两组疗效和HAMD评分差异无显著性，不良反应少而轻。结论文拉法辛与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效相似，文拉法辛起效快。

Comparative study between Venlafaxine and Paroxetine in treatment of depression

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Velafaxine and Paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods Eighty patients with depression were randomly divided into Venlafaxine group or Paroxetine group and then received treatment for 6 weeks. The efficacy was assessed using Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD） and treatment e- mergent symptom scale （TESS） . Results The Venlafaxine group showed treatment effect at week 1. There were no significant differences in the efficacy and HAMD scores between two groups at the treatment end. The side effects of both group were few and slight. Conclusion Venlafaxine and Paroxetine are both effective in the treatment of depressive episode. Venlafaxinehave earlier response.
