卫生服务利用量和需求量关系的探讨

该通过广东省卫生服务利用和需求资料的分析，探讨从供方和需方衡量居民需求量两的关系。结果表明：（1）从有关供给（利用）和卫生服务调查两方面得到的居民对卫生服务的需求量是有较大差别的，两均未充分考虑居民对卫生服务的跨区域利用；（2）居民对卫生服务跨区域利用水平与区域的综合水平有关，提示制订卫生资源配置标准时，应适当考虑各地居民对卫生服务跨区域利用的差别。

Study on the relationship between amount of utilization and demand

The relation ship between the amount of residents' demand of health service from the supply and the demand sides were explored in Guangdong province. The results showed that: 1)Residents'demand of health service from two sides are different, and both of them didn't consider from the residents' utilization for health service across boundary of districts adequately, 2) the level of utilization across boundary of districts was related to the integrated level such as economy, culture, population and health status of a district. The results implied that it should consider this difference if need to set up the resource allocation standard.
