| 摘 要： | 目的探时采用未成熟网织红细胞参数监测骨髓移植病人造血功能恢复的临床价值。方法采用ADVIA 120血液分析仪检测10例骨髓移植病人的网织红细胞百分数（Ret％）、未成熟网织红细胞组分（IRF）、高荧光强度网织红细胞（HFR）、白细胞（WBC）、中性粒细胞绝对计数（ANC）及血小板（PLT）．并进行对比分析。结果病人骨髓移植后造血功能恢复天数（d）的中位数分别为：Ret％15d、IRF9d、HFR8d、WBC16，5d、ANC13d及PLT20d。结论IRF和HFR是较敏感的指标，在评价患者骨髓移植后造血功能恢复方而有较大的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of immature reticulocyte fraction in evaluating the recovery of bone marrow function after marrow transplantation. Methods To compare the count number and duration of Ret, IRF, HFR, WBC, ANC and PLT from 10 cases of patients after bone marrow transplantation by ADVIA 120 automatic blood analyzer. Results The median duration of erythropoietic recovery after marrow transplantation showed 15 days for Ret%, 9 days for IRF, 8 days for HFR, 16.5 days for WBC, 13 days for ANC and 20 days for PLT respectively. Conclusions IRF and HFR are the more sensitive and useful clinical parameters for evaluating erythropoietic recovery after marrow translation. |
