低钾型周期性瘫痪患者血钾水平与肢体瘫痪和补钾治疗的关系

目的研究低钾型周期性瘫痪（HoPP）患者血清钾离子浓度与肢体瘫痪程度的关系及对补钾治疗的影响.方法对95例HoPP患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究.结果 HoPP患者多表现为四肢弛缓性瘫痪,以双下肢及肢体近端为重,补钾治疗效果显著,但血钾降低水平与肢体瘫痪程度不平行,且各血钾水平组患者补钾治疗后平均治愈时间相似,经统计学处理P＞0.05,无明显差异.结论血钾水平与HoPP患者肢体瘫痪程度无明显相关性,对补钾治疗也无明显影响.

The association between serum potassium ion concentration and the degree of parapysis as well as sylvite supplementary treatment in patients who suffered from hypoklemic periodic paralysis

Objective To investigate the association between serum potassium ion concentration and the degree of paralysis,and the effect of sylvite supplementary treatment in patients who suffered from hypokalemic periodic paralysis(HoPP).Methods We retrospectively studied the clinical information of 95 HoPP patients.Results Most HoPP patients showed the flaccid paralysis of four limbs,especially in the bilateral lower limbs and proximal limbs,the effect of sylvite supplementary treatment is significant,but level of serum potassium concentration didn't parallel the degree of limbs paralysis.What's more,with sylvite supplementary treatment,the average healing-time is similar among groups of the different serum potassium concentration,in which there is no obvious differences(P>0.05).Conclusions There is no obvious relevance between level of serum potassium and degree of paralysis,and serum potassium ion concentration didn't evidently affect sylvite supplementary treatment in HoPP patients.
