颈部淋巴结结核的超声表现

目的对89例病理证实为颈部淋巴结结核的超声图像进行回顾性分析,以提高对颈部淋巴结结核的诊断准确性.方法女性患者72例,男性17例.按照颈淋巴结的分区自上而下多切面扫查,重点扫查颈部包块处.结果根据声像图表现将颈淋巴结结核分为“淋巴结炎“型、低回声团块型、液化型、钙化型4种类型.结论颈淋巴结结核的声像图具有一定的特征性,表现为病灶数目多,成串排列,常融合成团以及多种病理改变同时存在.

Ultrasound Characteristics of Cervical Tuberculous Lymphadenitis

Objective To improve the recognition of US features of the cervical tuberculous lymphadenitis (CTBL),Ultrasonograms of 89 cases identified by pathology were studied retrospectively.Methods Seventy two women and 17 men with CTBL were included.We scanned carefully at various angles,directions,up and down to find the exact location and detailed structures of the CTBL.Results CTBL was divided into four types of lymphadenitis,masses,liquidized and calcified.Conclusions The common characteristics of CTBL on sonograms were multiple lesions,some of which lined up and coalesced into masses and all pathologic patterns were included.
