| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细节管理在护士长管理中的作用。方法培养护士长树立注重细节管理的新理念,从细微处改善护理工作流程,将护理工作内容及制度细化,并提出具体要求,加强各个环节的细节管理。结果科室护理服务满意度、护理质量均得到提高,护理安全得到充分保证。结论在护理服务过程中强调细节管理,可培养护士的慎独精神、严谨的工作作风,提高其完成本职工作的能力及科室护理服务质量,保证护理安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the function of particular management in nursing management.Method New idea was cultivated among head nurses to focus on particular management.The nursing work flows were modified from details,and the contents and regulations of nursing work were specified in details to strengthen particular management of every link.Results Patients' satisfaction with nursing service and the quality of nursing have been improved and the nursing safety has been ensured.Conclusion Particular management can strengthen nurses' spirit of being cautious and alert in nursing work,enhance their competence to fulfill duties adequately,improve the quality of nursing and ensure nursing safety. |
