输卵管系膜囊肿的CT表现及误诊分析

目的探讨输卵管系膜囊肿的CT表现,分析常见误诊原因,提高对本病的认识和诊断。方法回顾性分析5例经病理证实的输卵管系膜囊肿病例的临床资料和CT表现,并结合相关文献。结果 5例患者的CT图像上,2例位于子宫左旁,3例位于子宫右旁;囊肿4例为类圆形或椭圆形,1例为上宽下细囊样影;CT值为0-10HU不等,境界清晰,囊壁光滑,无壁结节,1例有分隔;囊内未见强化。2例伴有子宫肌瘤,2例伴有患侧输卵管积水。结论首先要提高对本病的认识,再者囊样或上宽下细腊肠样或蛇形样囊样影,境界清晰,水样密度,无壁结节,为输卵管系膜囊肿的主要征象。

Analysis of CT Manifestations and Misdiagnosis of Mesosalpinx cyst

Objective To investigate CT manifestations of mesosalpinx cyst and analyze reasons of misdiagnosis.To improve the diagnostic level of this disease.Materials and Methods The clinical data and CT manifestations of 5 cases which were confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed,and the concerned literatures were reviewed.Results Of the 5 patients,the lesion showed on the left side of the uterus in 2 cases,on the right side of the uterus in 3 cases.Cysts showed round or oval shadow in 4 cases,and saclike shadow which were wide at the top and narrow at the bottom in 1 case.CT values were ranging from 0 to 10Hu.The lesion had clear boundary and smooth wall without nodule.1 case showed separation line.In enhanced scan,capsule contents showed no enhancement.2 cases associated with uterine fibroids,and 2 cases with hydrosalpinx on the affected side.Conclusion First of all,we should aware of the existence of this disease.Cystic,sausagelike or snake-like shadow with clear realm,water density and without mural nodules was the main signs of the mesosalpinx cyst.
