胆管细胞癌的CT、MRI影像诊断对比分析

目的探讨64排螺旋CT及1.5T的MRI在胆管细胞癌的诊断价值。方法对经手术病理证实的胆管细胞癌患者,进行64排螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描后多平面重组（MPR）处理的随机抽取30例;并对进行1.5T的磁共振成像（MRI）平扫及胆道水成像（MRCP）处理的随机抽取30例患者,对图像质量及扫描影响因素进行对比分析。结果与1.5T的MRI相比,64排螺旋CT能更好地显示胆管细胞癌的形态,图像质量更好。图像受呼吸干扰较小,检查时间短,患者依存性好;两者在显示病灶大小、肝内胆管有无扩张、扩张程度及局部淋巴结和远处转移方面无明显差异。结论 64排螺旋CT对胆管细胞癌诊断的敏感性更高,是诊断胆管细胞癌准确、快捷的首选检查方法。

Contrast Analysis on the Diagnostic Images of Cholangiocarcinoma of CT and MRI

Objective to probe the diagnosis significance of 64-slice spiral CT and 1.5T MRI in the diagnosis of Cholangiocarcinoma.Methods 30 cholangiocarcinoma patients selected randomly to be proved by the operation pathologically,were taken enhanced scan by 64-slice spiral CT and Multiplanar reformation(MPR),and other 30 cholangiocarcinoma patients selected randomly from those treated with 1.5T MRI scan and Imaging of biliary water(MRCP),comparative t analysis were done on image quality and scanning factors.Results the image quality of 64-slice spiral CT showed the shape of bile duct carcinoma super to the 1.5T MRI scan,and Image quality is better.It revealed that less interference by breathing,short time in checking and good patient dependency.There are no significantly difference in two groups of the size of lesions,the expansion incidence of the intrahepatic bile ducts,Dilatation in the regional lymph node and distant metastases.Conclusion it is more sensitive of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of Cholangiocarcinoma,and it can be recommended as one of the fast screening method alternative in the accurate diagnosis of cholangiocarcinoma.
